Abstract: The present investigative work shows a criminal approach, essentially dealing with the importance of the delivery of equal justice, justice that must be guaranteed institutions, organizations and associations, analyzing how to provide complete, impartial and neutral, without affecting several people. especially the victims. Within this project, emphasis is placed on the different alternatives within the field legal, which allows the professions to be improved and transformed, making them more sustainable and practical in relation to the agenda for the year 2030, to give a correct compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals. and they are needed innovative and flexible objectives and ideas that adapt to new situations, as that we face a continually changing and fluid world. The link between human rights, the study ruling and the 2030 Agenda is essential to participate in an equitable society, it is also necessary the cooperation and participation of institutions, to shape actions essential, beneficial and productive that help meet goals proposals for the future.
