| dc.description | Resumen:El presente trabajo de titulación, tiene como objetivo realizar un Análisis descriptivo de pleno empleo en ecuador desde el año 2020-2022, El empleo es un factor indispensable para el desarrollo de un país, pues contribuye a la generación de ingresos y mejora la vida de las personas. Los sectores que generan mayor empleabilidad son agricultura, comercio, manufactura y construcción, las actividades que también contribuyen a generar ingresos pero no forman parte de un empleo formal se considera como empleo inadecuado. El trabajo de investigación consta de cuatro capítulos, posee un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo. La información que fue recolectada y empleado, se obtuvo a través del Banco Central del Ecuador del sector que pertenece a Economía, Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INEC), Encuesta Nacional de Empleo. Desempleo y Subempleo (ENEMDU), y se analizara la tendencia evolutiva del pleno empleo en dicho periodo. | es_ES |
