Abstract

Abstract: The study titled "Relationship of the mining sector with financial inclusion in the province of Zamora Chinchipe, period 2007 2020", analyzes the influence of mining on the financial inclusion of the region, using a documentary and non-experimental methodology, Data was collected from various official sources to examine the deepening indicator bank, through the relationship with the volume of credit and the Gross Value Added (GVA) of the mining sector. These results indicate that there is no significant correlation between the credit volume and the GVA of the mining sector, suggesting the influence of other factors. In addition, the correlation between placements, acquisitions and provincial GVA was analyzed, finding a weak relationship between placements and acquisitions, and a moderate correlation negative between deposits and provincial GVA. The depth was also calculated bank regarding placements and deposits on the provincial GVA, determining that mining is not the only factor that affects financial inclusion and credit dynamics in the region.
