Abstract

Abstract: The present research work is aimed at carrying out an analysis and showing the problems that still exist and that have been arising over many years in the country's uniformed institutions. This problem has remained hidden and stigmatized, sometimes due to shame, other times due to ignorance of the rights of uniformed personnel not to lose their jobs, allowing systematic violations at all levels of the hierarchies, disrespecting the right to privacy, the right to decide their sexual orientation, enshrined in our Magna Carta, as well as in other legal bodies of our legal system, conditions that do not affect or diminish the professional performance of the members of the uniformed institutions, which do not corrupt under any precept their essence, which is based on the discipline, obedience, grace with which they have been performing throughout their years, this project is intended to serve as a basis so that their rights do not continue to be violated under any excuse, and they develop optimal work in the internal security of the population of Ecuador.
