Abstract

Abstract: The Family-School Relationship research aims to strengthen family and school relationships through innovative strategies that promote communication and active participation of teachers and families. In the theoretical framework, the topic to be investigated is studied in more depth to better understand its problems. For the research, twenty people are taken as a sample, ten teachers who teach early childhood education and ten parents whose children are in early childhood education. Both study groups are from different cities in Ecuador such as Guayaquil, Santo Domingo and Quito, and also from New Jersey, United States. For the context, social networks such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger are used. In data collection, the statistical method is used since this research has a mixed correlational approach. The interview is used as a technique and two questionnaires as instruments called "Family-School Relationship", each consisting of eleven dimensions. For the analysis of results, four dimensions are selected whose percentages have the greatest impact, while only one of the four dimensions allows the intervention proposal to be worked on.
