Abstract

Abstract: This thesis examines in detail the ruling No. 1497-20-JP/21 of the Court Constitutional Court of Ecuador, focusing on the violation of access to education of a Venezuelan girl in a situation of human mobility. Through a legal analysis In depth, the norms invoked and the arguments put forward by the justice body, establishing a solid connection with the Development Goal Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 16 on peace, justice and strong institutions. The study highlights the crucial importance of the judiciary in the protection of fundamental rights and underlines the relevance of the ruling in promoting global objectives of development, specifically those related to institution building solid and the search for justice. The reparation measures adopted, together with the recommendations to the Ministry of Education, reinforce the contribution of the ruling to strengthen the justice administration system and improve access to justice education in contexts of human mobility. In summary, this work offers a valuable perspective on the critical intersection between constitutional justice, educational challenges in migration and the construction of peaceful and effective institutions.
