Análisis comparativo de la estructura económica financiera de las empresas ecuatorianas, provincia Cotopaxi cantón Latacunga Año 2017 al 2022

Abstract

Abstract: This research is oriented to the comparative analysis of the financial-economic structure of Ecuadorian companies in the province of Cotopaxi, specifically in the canton Latacunga in the period 2017-2022, due to the existing differences between them, employing for this purpose in-depth research that involves breaking down the information of both the Balance Sheet accounts and the Income Statement, as well as identifying the causes and effects that influenced the results, such as the pandemic and post-pandemic of Covid-19. In compliance with the objective of the research, it is intended to know the current business situation by identifying the structure, variations to finally compare the economic and financial organization of the economic sectors. A methodology with a qualitative approach of descriptive scope was proposed, the application of financial indexes which mostly show revealing tendencies in the treatment of financial-accounting information. The development of the theoretical perspective was based on the review of academic and scientific documentation, as well as of the SuperCias, which demonstrate difficulties in the handling, management and control of their economic resources.
