Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to design a management model with a process-based approach in accordance with the ISO 9001-2015 standard for the company Imporlogistic S.A. To carry out this work, a mixed research methodology was used, considering both qualitative and quantitative variables. A field investigation was carried out, collecting information through surveys and interviews about the situation of the transport company Imporlogistic S.A., taking into account the population of said company and thus obtaining the criteria of the workers and senior management. The data obtained reflected that there are certain shortcomings in the company, the main one being the absence of a process management model, which generates a deficiency in the actions of Imporlogistic S.A. By identifying this deficiency, it is proposed to implement a process management model that can be effectively incorporated into the company Imporlogistic S.A., in order to improve its productivity.
