Abstract

Abstract: Within this curricular integration work prior to obtaining the degree, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), with a primary focus on Goal No. 16 on Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, to investigate its applicability in the territory Ecuadorian, based on Constitutional Sentence No. 1396-21-EP/22, in which, presented the violation of the right to double conformity. Once in the process of research, an analysis with a varied approach was sought, where through the methodology systematically, it was approached from the international to the national aspect. On the other hand, it avoided using extremist or superficial approaches with respect to the information collected, which which allowed better management of information. With this, it was possible to determine the problems due to lack of regulations that support constitutional rights, the effect that generates weak institutions, the clear need for greater cooperation between diverse sectors of society; Consequently, the need to adjust the regulations was established to current needs, the importance of promoting fair, effective and influential practices in public institutions.
