Abstract

This work was carried out with a methodology applied practical and participative in the AREA DE SALUD No. 3 of Loja, With the purpose of assessing the correct use of the technique and to strengthen the training of medical personnel and students For the obtaining of information is the employment of technical inspection of the medical histories, according to this it was established that there are alterations in the correct use of the technique, by various factors, including the constant rotation of the medical staff After the strengthening to the skills the result obtained was: 96% of health personnel and 43.3 % of students are qualified to properly implement the AIEPI program
