Abstract

Abstract: This degree work is based on the true way of doing justice when the crime of sexual violation of a minor girl is committed; This investigation aims to analyze in a thorough and legal manner sentence No. 01901-2010-0007, the same as; It is linked to the preferred subject selected Criminal Law, a branch that aims to prevent the commission of crimes, protect individual rights and thereby maintain social order. Likewise, this research studies the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 5, which is integrated with the development of various areas that imply the interconnection between gender, its focus is to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls so that they live in a more just and equitable world where they enjoy a safe space, indicators that intrinsically connect with ruling No. 01901-2010- 0007 issued by the Court of the Specialized Criminal Chamber, Military Criminal , Police Criminal and Traffic of the National Court of Justice of Ecuador, where it was found that the crime of sexual rape existed, in this context, the right to personal, physical, sexual and psychological integrity of the minor was violated, By virtue of that, it denies the appeal filed by José Manuel Guamán Urgilés.
