Abstract

Abstract: The present study presents an analysis of the way in which three study variables that were selected within this project investigation. On the one hand, there is ruling No 946-19-EP/21, issued by the Court Constitutional Law of Ecuador, of March 24, 2021, which analyzes the action extraordinary protection presented against the sentence handed down by the Chamber Labor of the National Court of Justice, within a labor trial of reliquidation and payment of profits for the period 2005. The ruling resolves to accept the action extraordinary protection because the contested ruling violated the right to effective judicial protection. On the other hand, the matter of my preference, which in this case is Labor Law, and as a third variable the Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG)
