Abstract

Abstract: The present thesis aims to identify the factors influencing graduates of the Law Program at UTPL in developing preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these areas. This is achieved through the analysis and study of the judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Case No. 475, Angulo Losada vs. Bolivia, establishing a relationship between the judgment, the preferred subject matter, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Systematic Method was used to organize the researched information; for the study of the judgment and the protection of legal interests, the Analysis and Synthesis Method was applied. Finally, the Exegetical Method allowed us to understand the facts that contributed to the advancement and fulfillment of the SDGs. Indeed, focusing on preferred subjects enables students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the issues affecting society and the world, providing solutions that are closer to reality and practical work.
