Abstract

Abstract: The present research work is based on the Analysis of Sentence in relation to Development Goals established by the United Nations, which seek to improve the life of each of the people who belong to these states that make up the UN, in relation to the national reality allowing to establish whether the states have proposed public policies and regulations for their compliance in accordance with each of the established goals. The work contains 4 chapters where an analysis of Development Goals No. 16 is carried out, in relation to its importance, entitled rights, the situation currently being experienced, as well as the thinking of the Institutions in relation to this objective and its evolution at the national and global level. In the national context, an analysis of the legal regulations and the study of the sentence is carried out, for which research methods have been used that have allowed this work to be technical and legal with reliable data, which allow exposing the reality of the country in relation to the protection of rights against the violation of rights.
