| Abstract: | Abstract: The present investigation is a study of ruling No. 1325-15-EP/22, which links the environmental law and the establishment of efficient institutions or mechanisms such as a way to found a more just society, this is related to SDG number 15 that is refers to Life of Terrestrial Ecosystems and SDG 16 which refers to Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, through an analysis study methodology, a extensive and detailed research in the study of the aforementioned SDGs, which are are established in the 20230 agenda, which leads to the preference matter that is environmental law and at the same time it is possible to identify the lack of state agencies efficient organizations responsible for the protection and care of the environment, however, it has tried to address SDG 15 as a form of protection and conservation of ecosystems. Finally, it is established that Ecuador is a country that has a diversity of unique ecosystems in the world, that the right to nature is an important factor within of the company and in the sentence it is possible to identify the main findings, lack of guarantee to constitutional rights and ineffective institutions. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación es un estudio de la sentencia No. 1325-15-EP/22, que vincula al derecho ambiental y al establecimiento de instituciones o mecanismo eficientes como una forma de fundar una sociedad más justa, esto se relaciona a los ODS número 15 que se refiere a Vida de Ecosistemas Terrestres y el ODS 16 que se refiere a Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas, a través de una metodología de estudio de análisis se realizó una investigación amplia y detenida en el estudio de los ODS mencionados, los cuales se encuentran establecidas en la agenda 20230, que conlleva a la materia de preferencia que es el derecho ambiental y a su vez se logra identificar la falta de organismos estatales eficientes encargados a la protección y cuidado del medio ambiente, no obstante se ha intentado direccionar al ODS 15 como un forma de protección y conservación de ecosistemas. Finalmente se establecen que Ecuador es un país que cuenta con una diversidad de ecosistemas único en el mundo, que el derecho a la naturaleza es un factor importante dentro de la sociedad y en la sentencia se logra identificar los principales hallazgos, falta de garantía a los derechos constitucionales e instituciones ineficaces. |
