dc.description	Resumen: El presente trabajo de titulación aborda el estudio de la materia de preferencia escogida, la cual es Derecho Constitucional, mediante el estudio de la sentencia Nro. 1539-19-EP/22, dictada por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador y su relación con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) Nro. 16: Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas. Dentro de esta sentencia se análizó la acción extraordinaria de protección presentada por ex jueces desvinculados de la carrera judicial, en contra de las resoluciones dictadas por el Consejo de la Judicatura, previo haber instaurado la acción de protección y su respectiva apelación, en las cuales se vulneraron los derechos constitucionales de tutela judicial efectiva, seguridad jurídica y el debido proceso en la garantía de motivación. A través de esta investigación jurídica se evidenció la negligencia cometida por parte de los jueces de Unidad y de Sala al momento de resolver la acción de protección, por considerar que se trata de un tema de legalidad, lo cual, efectivamente, vulnera los derechos constitucionales de los accionantes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This degree work addresses the study of the preferred subject chosen, the What is Constitutional Law, through the study of ruling No. 1539-19-EP/22, dictated by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and its relationship with the Development Objective Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) No. 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. Within this sentence analyzed the extraordinary protection action presented by former judges separated from the judicial career, against the resolutions issued by the Judicial Council, prior having instituted the protection action and its respective appeal, in which violated the constitutional rights of effective judicial protection, legal security and the due process in guaranteeing motivation. Through this legal investigation, showed the negligence committed by the Unit and Chamber judges at the time to resolve the protection action, considering that it is an issue of legality, which which, effectively, violates the constitutional rights of the plaintiffs.	es_ES
