Competencias digitales y su relación con la innovación docente en la Institución educativa CORAZONES INQUIETOS de la ciudad de Quito, periodo 2023 - 2024

Abstract

Abstract: The present research entitled Digital competencies and their relationship with teaching innovation in the educational institution CORAZONES INQUIETOS in the city of Quito, period 2023 2024, whose purpose is to examine the digital relationship and innovation of the teacher in the Educational Institution CORAZONES INQUIETOS , located in the province of Pichincha, Quito canton, El Inca Parish. The cross-sectional qualitative research, the sample reflects 6 teachers, which were carried out with a deductive approach, with the survey technique and its questionnaire instrument, whose results obtained provided relevant information in the research. The results show that teachers have a high level of mastery in digital skills such as literacy in subject matter and information and data; communication and collaboration; digital content creation; security and problem solving. It is deduced that since there is a direct relationship between digital competencies and teaching innovation and by incorporating them in the educational field, the PEA is managed to prosper, including active technological and methodological tools, education is improved, promoting innovative education, managing to cope with the era digital in which we currently live.
