Abstract

Abstract: This research deals with the family-school relationship in children from 3 to 5 years old, which seeks to strengthen the family-school relationship in early education institutions through different innovative proposals that promote communication and participation, its approach is mixed because it combines quantitative and qualitative elements in the same design, the same two methodologies combined that contribute to the study of a phenomenon through different perspectives. A sample of 10 teachers and 10 parents from the initial level was used. For data collection, a semi-structured interview was used for teachers and parents at the preschool level. With the research it was possible to identify that it is of vital importance that there is a correlation between family, school and student so that the child has an optimal development, taking into account that they begin their academic training; therefore, it is important that the parent is involved in an adequate and permanent way to ensure a good school performance in each of their children.
