Abstract

Abstract: This research work about the Process to implement an industrial safety culture in the transportation industry helps to identify the level of knowledge and industrial safety culture of people in order to create an implementation plan to strengthen that culture. The research is conducted in three phases, the first phase is based on deepening topics related to industrial safety in order to determine the questions that will evaluate people in the transportation industry. The second phase is the measurement of the culture, this is done through empirical research methodologies such as surveys or Google forms, evaluating knowledge, safety practices, among others. In the last phase, recommendations are given in order to implement a plan that will help to develop a better safety culture. The objective of this research is to promote an industrial security culture, aimed at mitigating accidentes and diseases in the transportation industry., controlling the different types of risks in order to prevent incidents, accidents or occupational diseases.
