Competencias digitales y su relación docente con la innovación docente en la unidad educativa La Dolorosa , provincia de Loja, canton Chaguarpamba, periodo 2023- 2024

Abstract

Abstract: The research entitled is: Competencies and their relationship with teaching innovation in the Educational Unit "La Dolorosa", province of Loja, canton Chaguarpamba, period 2023- 2024, with the objective of analyzing between digital competencies and teaching innovation of the Educational Unit "La Dolorosa, located in the province of Loja, canton Chaguarpamba, period 2023-2024. The research was qualitative, its sample consisted of 8 teachers, using the deductive approach with the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument, since they provided important information for the research. The results reveal that the teachers have a satisfactory level in digital competencies, such as those given in the 5 sections which are literacy in matter and information and data, communication and collaboration, creation of digital content, security and problem solving. I conclude that when there is a relationship between competencies and their relationship with teaching innovation, they are integrated into the educational field, the PEA is achieved, they are fundamental technological tools where education can be improved.
