Aislamiento y caracterización del extracto de acetato de etilo de la especie Trema micrantha (L.) Blume

Abstract

Abstract: In the province of Loja, southeast of Catamayo, in the El Tambo parish, the species Trema micrantha (L.) Blume, belonging to the Cannabaceae family. Herein research, the isolation and characterization of the acetate extract was carried out plant ethyl. The phytochemical study allowed the isolation of the compound using techniques chromatography, such as column chromatography (CC) and thin layer chromatography (CCF). For the identification of the compound, spectroscopic techniques were used, such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) of ¹H and ¹³C, which allowed the identification of a compound of the benzophenone type, called 2-((1R,2S)-1,2-dihydroxy-2-methoxyethyl)-4,6- dihydroxyphenyl) (phenyl) methanone. This compound could represent the first report of this type for the species Trema micrantha.
