Abstract

Abstract: The present work addresses the topic of academic preferences of the students of the UTPL Law Degree and its link with development objectives sustainable development (SDG) through the study of sentences, in this case SDG 16 was chosen (Peace, justice and solid institutions) with the matter of preference to tax law and the judgment of trial No. 01501-2018-00061 issued by the National Court of Justice, where the violation of three constitutional rights is declared; right to legal security, right to effective judicial protection and right to good public administration. A systematic investigation was carried out, due to that information was organized in an organized and sequential manner, the legal doctrine used was of a theoretical-deductive type and to study the sentence the method of analysis and synthesis. As a result, it was shown that the poor application or interpretation of procedural and tax rules can lead to judicial decisions that compromise the fundamental rights of natural or legal persons.
