| Abstract: | Abstract: The purpose of this work is the study of the sustainable development objectives of the UN 2030 agenda and the linking of development objective number 16 with the study of the ruling of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and the subject of Criminal Law. This study seeks to analyze the impact of the SDGs both in the national and international territory, focusing its purposes on the well-being of society, knowing how SDG 16 is working in the functions of the state, and the rights it protects such as Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions. Whose goals are to create peaceful societies, equitable justice and democratic institutions. Likewise, all the doctrinal and legal references of SDG 16 will be studied. Also, the progress of the SDGs will be analyzed, with little time left to conclude the deadline, as well as how the Covid -19 pandemic affected the progress and execution of the objectives in Ecuador and the rest of the region. In addition, the 2017-2021 national development plan called A Whole Life will be reviewed, its actions and progress. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad el estudio de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la agenda 2030 de la ONU y la vinculación del objetivo de desarrollo número 16 con el estudio de la sentencia de la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador y la asignatura de Derecho Penal. En este estudio se busca analizar el impacto de los ODS tanto en el territorio nacional como internacional, centrando sus propósitos en el bienestar de la sociedad, conociendo como está funcionando el ODS 16 en las funciones del estado, y los derechos que tutela como la Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas. Cuyas metas son crear sociedades pacificas justicia equitativa e instituciones democráticas. Asimismo, se estudiará todas las referencias doctrinarias y jurídicas del ODS 16. También, se analizará el avance de los ODS, faltando poco tiempo para concluir el plazo, así también como la pandemia del Covid -19 afectó el avance y ejecución de los objetivos en el Ecuador y el resto de la región. Además, se revisará el plan nacional de desarrollo 2017.2021 denominado Toda una vida sus acciones y sus avances. |
