Abstract

Abstract: The subject of this research is entitled "Academic preferences of law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences", which has as a problem the violation of rights such as: water, nature, health, healthy environment and food and is solved with the study of the SDGs, the sentence no. 273-19-JP/22 and the Development Plan 2017-2021. In addition, the present investigation is largely developed with the use of books, magazines, theses or other documents from the virtual library of the UTPL that have allowed us to know the doctrine and legal norms of the rights protected by the Ods, established in the aforementioned sentence. And, it was concluded and verified based on the hypothesis of the present investigation that the majority of the students of the career of law acquire knowledge of the different subjects and in the pre-professional practices, which contributes to the fact that they can respond to the typologies of juridical conflicts generated by structural changes.
