Abstract: The present case study entitled "Comprehensive therapeutic support of a case of normal grief in a female patient , describes the therapeutic process developed in a 26-year-old patient, who goes to psychological services due to the presence of symptoms anxiety and depression related to the death of their child. The study covers different stages, starting with the evaluation, which was carried out through a clinical interview and the application of psychological instruments: such as the Beck Depression Inventory, Hamilton Anxiety Inventory and Complicated Grief Inventory.
