Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation work, is related with the study of the objectives of sustainable development (ODS) that have for object to intervene in the rights that are harmed at world level, we will expose an explanation on the ods in general, followed by the Objective of Sustainable Development (ODS) I number 16 that it is the one that corresponds according to the selected study sentence that is on the vulneración from the right to the due process, for lack citation in a trial of allowances, in this investigation work, we will find different authors' definitions on the rights guided by the ods 16, an analysis on the linking of the selected sentence that is generated by the vulneración from the right to the due process, specifically the right to it legitimates it defense, with the sustainable objective of developments (ODS) I number 16, those that was developed to guide the rights to the peace, justice and the solid institutions, regulatory scheme so much was exposed international as national in favor of this rights guided by the objective that we link with the chosen study sentence, for the development of this investigation work.
