Abstract: The objective of this degree work is to analyze in a critical and legal way the sentence No. 376-20-JP, linked to the chosen subject of Criminal Law, its integration with the different subjects of Law and due to its direct link in this sentence it is with Constitutional Rights, LOEI, the Code of Children and Adolescence, its legal impact on the implementation of legislation of various kinds, makes it a transcendental branch not only in Law, it complements the purpose of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG). ) No.16 on promoting just, peaceful and inclusive societies, has as pillars justice, institutions and peace, which are transversal elements in the promotion and enjoyment of fundamental rights of people, as well as in the achievement of development sustainable multidimensional its link with the sentence links directly with the ruling No. 376-20-JP, issued by the Constitutional Court in which it was evidenced that there were violations of the rights, the basic guarantees of the right to due process, the right to legal security, work, and procedural principles.
