Abstract

Abstract: The development of this Curricular Integration Project addresses the topic: Academic preferences of Law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences that are linked to the preferred subject of which we study in the study cycles. The objective of this project is the analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically number 16 called "Peace, Justice, and Solid Institutions" based on the study of sentence Number 208-2015 issued by the National Court of Justice, the main duty here is to relate the sentence with the fulfillment of SDG 16 in order to verify if compliance with the 2030 Agenda is being carried out, evaluating the current situation both nationally and internationally of the respective fulfillment of each objective set. , in addition to an observance of the correct administration of the rights protected in SDG 16, which are effective judicial protection, legal certainty and due process, these rights being the fundamental pillar for true justice and a territory of peace.
