Abstract

Abstract: To begin with, the general objective of the research is to find out the factors that converge in the graduate of the UTPL Law Degree to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these areas. Now, the methodology used is the systematic method, of a deductive theoretical type, of a socio-legal nature, the method of analysis and synthesis, the exegetical method, of an exploratory legal nature and of a projective legal type. On the other hand, the data of the present investigation show that in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the case of García Ibarra vs Ecuador and others, the right to life and special protection of children and the right to personal integrity were violated. Thus, this research contributes to the student to obtain projections on the legal areas where future lawyers will exercise their profession within the public and private labor market, considering that their actions must be fair and transparent, and that at all times they must comply with and enforce the SDGs.
