Abstract: The smart parking proposal for the city of Quito proposes to solve the problem of the traffic that is generated when looking for a parking lot to park a vehicle. The business model proposes an innovative technological component based on the autonomy for the administration, management and operation of the parking lot. The proposal of value includes efficiency in finding and reserving parking, automation for safe entry, stay time, digital payment and exit of vehicles through Internet of Things devices and a software platform. The proposal develops the business model with a multilateral platform pattern in which the owner of the land that will buy the franchise and the client who will use the parking lot to park your vehicle. External analysis with PESTEL tools and the forces of Porter ratify the feasibility of implementing the proposal. In the financial analysis of project you will be able to see the TIR and NPV indicators that allowed the profitability to be concluded and viability of the project.
