Abstract

Abstract: All businesses, no matter their type or category while taking into account current regulations, manage both economic and finical structures in a predetermined format. Each year said information will suffer changes due to different antecedents that occur during the course of each period In Ecuador the majority of businesses were greatly damaged by different phenomenon that caused variations in said states. The objective of the present work is to compare the economic and financial structure of Ecuadorian businesses in the provenience of Guayas, Guayaquil Country, group 13 in the period between 2017 and 2022. This work was done without an experimental design; the descriptive methodology has a qualitative focus. The taken sample as shown was 614 Pymes Ecuadorians from Group 13. The principal results that the businesses in the year of 2017 maintained low peaks in regard to the variations, which then occurred the COVID-19 pandemic which caused different changes in both structures and in the presented indexes of the states of the same businesses that will be similar or completely different according to the size and sector of said businesses.
