Prevalencia de la Salud mental, capital psicológico y satisfacción laboral en trabajadores ecuatorianos

Abstract

Abstract: The general objective is to determine the prevalence of mental health, psychological capital and Job satisfaction in Ecuadorian workers. In this research, we chose to use a quantitative approach due to the nature of the research questions and the objectives that were sought to be achieved. The type of research is non-experimental, and data collection was carried out without manipulate environment variables. A cross-sectional design was used and the valid data were 58 surveys. The information is obtained through an online survey, through a link sent to each participant. In the following research the following instruments were used: Ad Hoc Sociodemographic and Labor Questionnaire: This questionnaire serves as a reference for consider the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In conclusion, depression, anxiety and stress are significant problems in the place of work that require attention and action on the part of employers, workers and society in general to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
