Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: This research focuses on promoting just, peaceful and inclusive societies under Sustainable Development Goal 16, aimed at providing transparent and effective inform ation, while ensuring that rights protection processes follow an appropriate protocol. Through the analysis of the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, the violation of the right of best interest, the right to express oneself and the right to be heard is revealed, being ignored by the legal representatives of the labor entity, omitting compliance with the national laws established in the legal regulations respectively in this case. To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, they are integrated into the National Good Living Plan through the implementation of key strategies in accordance with our country, whose purpose is to ensure the strengthening of civil rights. The thesis was carried out using an analytical-synthetic methodology composed of a systematic method and an exegetical method, in which research techniques such as the study of the sentence, signing and bibliographic review were also applied.
