Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to know and examine the academic preferences of Law students and their relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), focusing on the analysis of sentences, specifically on sentence No. 144-18- SEP-CC, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, and being related to SDG number 16, which aims at peace, justice and solid institutions, with the analysis of the ruling being an effective way to learn about the application of the law. In the present case we can denote that the constitutional rights to effective judicial protection and due process in guaranteeing motivation are violated, these contents are typified in articles 75 and 76 numeral 7 literal I of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. Finally, for this legal analysis we must apply deductive, analytical, comparative and interpretive methods. In order to be part of the legal solution given in the ruling, contributing to the training of students to address the challenges and building more just and peaceful societies.
