Abstract: The study of mental health variables, psychological capital and job satisfaction It directly helps in increasing the work and personal well-being of workers, Therefore, it has been proposed in this research to determine the prevalence of these variables, in Ecuadorian workers in the La Matriz sector of the city of Latacunga during the year 2023, the sample was non-probabilistic with 115 participants, A quantitative approach was applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive design, with information collection instruments such as Ad Hoc questionnaires, DASS 21, PCQ-24 and job satisfaction scale, so that results were obtained majority mild, in mental health, depression 71%, stress 83% and anxiety 57%, without However, in anxiety the levels were heterogeneous, in psychological capital the average was, Efficacy 33.76, Hope, 35.24, Resilience, 33.05, and Optimism, 31.28 on 42, in short, the workers maintained high levels of trust with better results, in intrinsic satisfaction the average was 38.55 out of 49 and satisfaction extrinsic with 43.26 out of 56, determining that the workers remained motivated and satisfied with their work.
