Análisis e interpretación de los recursos horizontales y verticales dispuestos en el Código Orgánico General de Procesos (COGEP)

Abstract

Abstract: The research "Analysis and Interpretation of the Horizontal and Vertical Resources provided in the General Organic Code of Processes (COGEP)" aims to analyze the legal mechanisms of the COGEP that allow appeal against judicial rulings and resolutions. This study focuses on procedural law, crucial for the administration of justice, by regulating conflict resolution procedures. Addresses the importance of horizontal and vertical resources to review judicial decisions, ensuring that they comply with the law. Through an analysis of legislation, sentences and consultations with legal experts and litigants, the effectiveness of these resources is evaluated. The research is divided into four chapters: the first provides a theoretical basis and comparative analysis; the second examines resources in COGEP; the third describes the methodology and objectives; and the fourth presents studies of sentences, surveys of jurists, conclusions and recommendations. This work seeks to contribute to the understanding of procedural mechanisms in Ecuador, promoting improvements in the administration of justice and strengthening the rule of law.
