| dc.description | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación comprende el análisis jurídico de la sentencia N°. 17230-2018-07114 junto con el desarrollo investigativo tanto de normativa general, doctrina, normas jurídicas invocadas por los jueces y una investigación de las materias de: Derecho Mercantil, Derecho Civil, Derecho Procesal y Constitucional que fueron materias de análisis en la sentencia seleccionada; además de recopilar un estudio de los criterios jurídicos invocados por los jueces de la Corte Nacional de Justicia en este proceso, actuaciones procesales y críticas a las actuaciones procesales de las partes en litigio. | dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The present research work includes the legal analysis of ruling No. 17230-2018-07114 along with the investigative development of both general regulations, doctrine, legal norms invoked by judges and an investigation of the subjects of: Law Commercial, Civil Law, Procedural and Constitutional Law that were subjects of analysis in the selected sentence; in addition to compiling a study of the legal criteria invoked by the judges of the National Court of Justice in this process, actions procedural and criticism of the procedural actions of the parties in dispute.
