Abstract

Abstract: Ecuador ratified its support for this goal that will improve the justice system, as explained in the resolution, its components and benefits when applying the regulations outlined in SDG 16. The case of analysis of this investigation is a lawsuit for tax litigation before the National Court of Justice, which involves analyzing the powers that the different levels of Government have, in this case the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Catamayo, where focused on the SDG 16. In this scenario, Human Rights and Constitutional Law are presented as mechanisms to urge States to make urgent decisions that contribute to the respect, protection and guarantee of rights for all people on an equal basis and without discrimination, with access to justification effectively. Which leads to analyzing what is the fundamental objective of each case. It should be noted that this research work starts from how we link the SDGs, where we can describe the problem, the scope and the methodology that will be used throughout the legal process.
