| Abstract: | Abstract: Objective: To systematize the information available on nursing practice during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: A review was carried out in the Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases, using the Boolean connectors AND AND OR in the English and Spanish languages, in the period 2021 - 2022. For selecting articles, the Prisma method was used to identify the most relevant articles, leaving 16 articles that were analyzed and classified into two categories: 1. Perception social of the nursing profession. 2. Situation of Nursing in times of Covid - 19. Results: It was shown that the nursing profession plays an essential role in society because they were the fundamental pillar in the health system worldwide. Conclusions: The nursing situation in times of Covid - 19 played an important role; due to the lack of knowledge and information about the effects it caused, they saw the need to investigate and prepare themselves to offer quality services to patients and their families. Support them emotionally. |
| Description: | Resumen: Objetivo: Sistematizar la información disponible sobre el ejercicio de enfermería en tiempos de la pandemia Covid 19. Método: Se hizo una revisión en las bases de datos de Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, con el uso de los conectores boléanos AND Y OR en los idiomas inglés y español, en el período 2021 - 2022. Para la selección de artículos se utilizó el método Prisma, que permite identificar los artículos con mayor idoneidad, quedando 16 artículos que fueron analizados y clasificados en dos categorías: I. Percepción social de la profesión de enfermería. II. Situación de Enfermería en tiempos de Covid 19. Resultados: Se demostró que la profesión de enfermería juega un rol importante en la sociedad, porque fueron el pilar fundamental en el sistema sanitario a nivel mundial. Conclusiones: La situación de enfermería en tiempos de Covid 19 jugó un rol importante, por el desconocimiento e información de los efectos que causaba, se vieron en la necesidad de investigar, auto prepararse para poder ofrecer a los pacientes servicios de calidad y a los familiares acompañarlos emocionalmente. |
