Prevalencia de la salud mental, capital psicológico y satisfacción laboral en trabajadores ecuatorianos de la ciudad de Cuenca

Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this research word was to determine the prevalence of mental health, psychological capital and job satisfaction in workers of the Provincial Government of Azuay, through a non-experimental study of cross-sectional and descriptive type, in which a sample of 66 workers participated, to whom the following instruments were applied in order to collect information: Ad Hoc sociodemographic and labor questionnaire, the DASS - 21 scale, the PCQ-24 questionnaire and the job satisfaction scale. These instruments showed that most of the workers had good mental health, with absent and mild levels of anxiety, depression and stress, which are considered normal, with positive psychological capital and were satisfied with both the intrinsic and extrinsic aspects of their work. It is concluded that the evaluated workers have the necessary psychological resources to perform their daily work, which is reflected in their good mental health, psychological capital and job satisfaction.
