Abstract

Abstract: This research studies the Sustainable Development Goals and their relationship with ruling number 1758-15-EP of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in the exercise of its constitutional and legal powers; in which a contravention process issued on November 25, 2020 is declared, in which an extraordinary protection action raised within the framework of a violation of consumer rights was resolved, the Court in said case analyzes the alleged violation in the guarantees of the natural judge, as well as the right to legal certainty, under the allegation of the exception due to the existence of an arbitration agreement. I propose to rescue the analysis of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number 16, which aims to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, facilitate access to justice for the entire population and create effective, responsible and inclusive institutions at all levels. It is a legal investigation of an exploratory legal and projective legal nature based on the exegetical method, as well as the techniques of signing, sentence study and online research.
