Abstract

Abstract: Automotive workshops involve the use of tools, machinery, and chemical substances that put the safety of workers at risk. This will worsen the health of those who belong to the company if there is no plan of preventive measures that can mitigate or reduce repetitive movements, lifting heavy loads, and correct use of protective equipment. For this reason, the importance of occupational safety and health is highlighted as a measure that contributes to guaranteeing the safety of workers. This research aims to develop a manual of safety and health at work for the company SERVIVAL, with the objective of establishing procedures and preventive measures that guarantee the protection of all employees by promoting a safe and healthy work environment. To do this, a mixed methodology was used: qualitative-quantitative, which analyzed the current situation using the REBA and G-INSHT methods, and preventive measures were proposed to mitigate the risks identified in the company and the generation of possible injuries or musculoskeletal disorders of the staff.
