Abstract: The 2030 Agenda is a necessary instrument for sustainable development both at the national and global; where the main emphasis is on the need to articulate actions to leave no one behind , a fundamental principle of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG); Therefore, a call is made to all actors in society to work together. to achieve compliance. Therefore, in this degree work the study of Sentence No. 689-19-EP issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador on a case of effective judicial protection over the employment stability of a substitute person for a minor with disabilities, which is linked to SDG 16 peace, justice and strong institutions . The methodology of this research is based on a qualitative approach, which is based on the analysis, description and interpretation of the case study; Likewise, the bibliographic-documentary research. As a result, it is concluded that the justice of the Ecuador must be aimed at achieving the SDGs, so the State must guarantee all people their fundamental rights.
