Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: Progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been delayed due to the pandemic, inflation or the current geopolitical situation, which requires significant effort of all parties to achieve a consensus necessary in terms of time and participation until 2030. For this reason, this degree work is based on the study of the Sentence No. 904-12-JP linked to SDG 16, where the Constitutional Court of the Ecuador was responsible for analyzing whether the sentence handed down at the time falls into an action of non-compliance and ratification in the second instance. The methodology used in the research is of a descriptive documentary type with a bibliographic design, using a qualitative approach, since exploration techniques from legal literature were used. To the conclude the work it is understood that SDG 16 seeks to promote rights at the national and international guaranteeing equality and access to justice for all by creating and strengthening responsible, transparent and inclusive institutions at all levels of the population that benefit and guarantee compliance with the laws.
