Abstract

Abstract: This project is about the link with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS), through the study of the sentence in the case of Mr. Blacio Castillo that filed a habeas data against the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador. In which, as a last resort, an action is filed extraordinary protection before the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. For this, there is a general analysis of the SDGs, from their principles to the application in the UN agenda towards 2030. Likewise, an analysis of the sentence showing the facts presented by the plaintiff, which led him to resort to extraordinary instances of protection and the procedure of the Court Constitutional Court of Ecuador regarding the present case. Finally, establish conclusions and recommendations in accordance with the sentence of the case of Mr. Blacio Castillo.
