Abstract

Abstract: The Work on linking academic preferences takes as its starting point the Objective of Sustainable Development No. 16 Peace, justice and solid institutions, which frames its objectives in the search for justice for all people, in the creation of institutions solid government structures that respect individual and collective rights, the branch of labor law and judgment No. 17371-2019-00113 are the figures that complement the SDG No. 16, because labor law seeks protection and respect for rights established within the labor code, in the same way the judgment used seeks that the subjective right that the worker has is respected in a timely manner by the natural or legal persons, justice providing all the necessary mechanisms to for the worker to assert his rights. This research is focused on an area critical, reflective, autonomous and investigative, the results that were sought with the present work focuses on knowing the progress that SDG No. 16 has had in the search for justice in the workplace, in accordance with the Ecuadorian sentences issued in ordinary matter.
