| Abstract: | Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda are an agreement reached by 193 world leaders, with the aim of implementing action to end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives and prospects of people around the world. This started in 2015, after failing to meet the Millennium Development Goals, it is stated of 17 Objectives and 169 goals, in which a plan is established to achieve the Objectives in 15 years. The application of SDG No. 16 is based on the protection of protected rights access to quality justice, legal security, effective judicial protection, within the main goals of this peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, facilitate access to justice for all and create effective, accountable and inclusive institutions for all levels, 8 years have passed and in our country and globally, the policies of proposed government have not presented significant progress to comply with what that establishes this objective. |
| Description: | Resumen: Los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030, es un acuerdo al que llegaron 193 lideres mundiales, con el objetivo de implementar acción para poner fin a la pobreza, proteger el planeta y mejorar las vidas y las perspectivas de las personas en todo el mundo. Esto inicio en el 2015, posterior a no poder cumplir con los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio, consta de 17 Objetivos y 169 metas, en la cual se establece un plan para alcanzar los Objetivos en 15 años. La aplicación del ODS N° 16 se basa en la protección de los derechos tutelados acceso a la justicia de calidad, seguridad jurídica, tutela judicial efectiva, dentro de las principales metas esta sociedades pacificas e inclusivas para el desarrollo sostenible, facilitar el acceso a la justicia para todos y crear instituciones eficaces, responsables e inclusivas a todos los niveles, han pasado 8 años y en nuestro país y a nivel global, las políticas de gobierno planteadas no han presentado avance significativo para dar su cumplimiento con lo que establece este objetivo. |
