Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to know the factors that influence graduates of the UTPL Law School in the development of preferences for certain areas of legal knowledge and their future specialization in them. Specific objectives include evaluating whether the skills students learn in their preferred subjects can help address global legal problems, obtaining predictions about the areas of law in which future lawyers would like to practice, and promoting social practices. Shared responsibility of associate graduates for Sustainable Development. Development Goals (SDG). The hypothesis states that the skills acquired by students in the subjects of their choice, although important, may not be sufficient to address the legal conflicts derived from the current structural change. The methodology used is characterized by a systematic and theoretical-deductive approach, with a socio-legal approach that links law with social and economic phenomena. Methods such as analysis and synthesis, exegetical, exploratory and projective are used. The time frame of the investigation is limited to the analysis of sentences from 2015 to 2022.
