In the sentence that is the subject of study, the study of Law is carried out Constitutional because the Prefecture of Guayas terminated the relationship contractual of a servant who was 31 weeks pregnant and did not canceled the values ​​that were determined in the sentence within an action of protection, issued by the Provincial Court of Justice that accepted the appeal of appeal and accepted the claim presented by the Plaintiff. The affected person files a constitutional action before the Constitutional Court non-compliance against the Prefecture of Guayas, since it was returned to its job, but the values ​​that he stopped receiving for almost 15 months, despite the fact that the Court's ruling clearly established this provision, the Prefecture of Guayas did not comply with said payment.
