Abstract

Abstract: This investigative work is based on and studies Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, the same one that seeks to achieve just, peaceful and inclusive societies, for this purpose the method of dissection with respect to legal and doctrinal aspects. That is, all legal norms and all international organizations that emphasize the inevitability of attaching these principles to the laws of each State, although in today's society it is extremely importance and also worries several countries, not only Ecuador, but it is a problematic at a global level. Farther from legal issues, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador offers an achievement of great interest and importance to outline and promote a just, peaceful and inclusive, however, the existence of the place of corrupt conspiracies abounds in the social and legal sphere, so the necrosis in the procedural system has increased, hindering the growth of societies around the Development Goals Sustainable. Taking as a quote what was previously mentioned, it is important that students and future professionals in the legal field are immersed in the process of investigating, investigating, and examine the reasons and motivations for your academic preferences and in this way learn and know their skills, strengths and opportunities, but they can also strengthen your weaknesses.
